Connecticut joins the Bertolotto Group: a new era for professional doors
The Bertolotto Group announces the acquisition of Connecticut, the company that has been a leader in the production of specialized technical doors for public structures, schools, and hospitals for 70 years.
Founded in 1955, Connecticut has always stood out for innovation and the use of cutting-edge materials, producing the first plastic products and the first internal doors made of synthetic resin and PVC worldwide. A heritage of human experience and technical know-how that the Bertolotto Group intends to enhance with all its resources.
Connecticut will maintain its identity and production facilities in Lainate, known for the creation of long-life doors, renowned for their robustness and resistance. Bertolotto will integrate its experience in creating customized finishes, materials, and designs, enriching Connecticut's offering.
Claudio Bertolotto stated: "Our vision is to enhance the companies that have been able to add value to Made in Italy, maintaining their identity and creative freedom, integrating individual excellences: this is the strength of the Group. We are excited to share this vision with Connecticut."
Federico Battello, confirmed at the helm of Connecticut, expressed enthusiasm: "Connecticut has always been ahead of its time in a constantly evolving market. Joining the Bertolotto group, with whom we share the value of total quality, allows us to continue on this path with renewed momentum."
