Bertolotto, a leading company in the interior, fire-rated, and security doors sector, proudly announces the acquisition of the renowned single-brand exhibition space in the center of Milan, located at Via Santa Sofia 21.
This space, inaugurated during the Made Expo 2015, has been a reference point for design and innovation in the sector. The operation, made possible thanks to the financial support of Intesa Sanpaolo through the Business Branch in Saluzzo, has been structured as a 12-year real estate lease with the assistance of the European Investment Bank (EIB), allowing the company to benefit from significant financial advantages.
The showroom, which covers over 300 square meters on two levels and boasts five street-side windows, is not only designed as an exhibition space but also as a meeting place for the Italian and international public. Inside, there is also the "Bertolotto Lab", a area dedicated to architects where they can collaborate with expert consultants from the company for the development of their projects. The entire premises have undergone a complete renovation, characterized by a contemporary and essential style that highlights Bertolotto doors, displayed in a wide range of models and finishes.
From a modest shed with two artisans opened in 1987 in Crocera di Barge, to the current over 100,000 square meters facility located in Torre San Giorgio, Bertolotto has embarked on a path of constant growth and industrialization. Led by Claudio Bertolotto, son of the founder, the company has established itself as a solid and innovative reality on the international scene, with more than 1400 sales points distributed in over 70 countries. The success of Bertolotto is the result of a constant commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. The company has decisively faced the challenges of the market, supported by the constant support of Intesa Sanpaolo, which has recognized its value by naming it among the 12 "Winning Companies" in Piedmont in 2020. Andrea Perusin, Regional Director of South Piedmont and Liguria at Intesa Sanpaolo, commented: "Entrepreneurial excellences like Bertolotto play a fundamental role in the local and national economy. We are proud to support their path of growth and development, promoting values such as export, innovation, and environmental and social sustainability." Claudio Bertolotto, CEO of the Bertolotto Group, added: "Intesa Sanpaolo is a crucial partner for us, not only from a financial point of view but also morally. Their trust in our future and in our vision is a strong encouragement to pursue sustainable success, respecting the values that guide us." Bertolotto continues its journey towards excellence, confirming its commitment to offer high-quality, sustainable, and innovative products, serving its customers worldwide.
